Les Plusieurs is a non-profit association under the French law of 1901.
It was created with the deep conviction that life stories can be powerful instruments of transformation.
The aim of Les Plusieurs is to enable people to bear witness to traumatic life experiences that have hindered their development through high-quality artistic projects.
Its mission is clear: to give a voice to victims of trauma and help them rebuild their lives through powerful artistic projects.
In their approach, the founders firmly believe that each story can become an inspiring force, capable of raising awareness throughout the world. It has to be said that their president knows something about this, having just recovered from traumatic amnesia.
The approach is unique: to facilitate the implementation of artistic projects by people who have experienced trauma. These projects are living testimonies of courage and resilience. They give victims a chance to express themselves, to be heard and to raise public awareness of societal issues such as domestic violence.
“Mes merveilleux souvenirs” will be the 1ᵉʳ art project produced in 2024. It will be a photographic project of 19 paintings to talk about traumatic amnesia and incest and show that it is possible to transform the unthinkable into the beautiful. A project filled with courage and hope.
To support them in their work and help them finance “Mes merveilleux souvenirs”, 2 artists have decided to sell some of their works in aid of the Les Plusieurs association. Stef Kop Photographie is a photographer and author and Matthieu Joncour is a painter.
